The workshop will provide you with a deeper understanding of stress and equip you with practical solutions to reduce and manage it. 

The workshops will provide an explanation of the 3 stages of stress:

  • the alarm stage
  • the adaptive/resistance stage
  • the exhaustive stage

It will then explore 7 simple and practical ways to reduce stress and provide you with the everyday tools to keep stress at bay and boost your vitality

This session will be delivered by Focal Point Coaching, established by Paul McColgan.  Paul is a social entrepreneur with over 25 years’ experience in founding, growing and leading high impact social enterprises. 

Paul is passionate about the potential for social enterprise to create a fairer, healthier and happier world.  So, after 21 years as a CEO, he established a coaching practice to support social enterprises in their journey towards greater financial sustainability, balance and wellbeing.

Paul is qualified in Leadership Coaching through the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations, in Health Coaching from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition and in Business and Executive Coaching from FocalPoint International.
