Calman Trust is a young people's service based in the Scottish Highlands. We believe that, with appropriate support to overcome the challenges they experience on the way to independent adulthood, young people are capable of achieving great things. Our aim is to ensure that each young person who works with the organisation can have the fullest opportunity to achieve their potential. At the centre of all that we do is the conviction that experience shapes young lives, so our mission is to provide a positive example that the young person can adopt for their future, reflected in a capacity for constructive relationships, good work practice and responsible citizens.

Cafe Artysans is part of Calman Trust, working with young people to discover their future. Based in the heart of Inverness, and located within easy distance from the bus and railway stations, Cafe Artysans offers a modern, relaxed, and friendly environment in which you can enjoy our delicious menu.

Ness Soaps is based in Inverness, our products are made using natural ingredients and essential oils. At Ness Soaps, young people who are not ready for a customer-facing role can learn earlier skills, including team working, communication, following instructions, consistent operation and appropriate workplace behaviour. Our training team work with the young people and support them with their role so that our placements are more than just a job they are also a valuable learning experience.
