We operate for the benefit of Moray community as a social movement of Wellbeing Champions, and as a social enterprise which invests in our community's mental health. We focus on individuals' strengths, empower people to overcome challenges, and act as a catalyst for positive change in mental wellbeing. In all that we do, we combine innovation, lived experience and a strong evidence base, to ensure our work reflects the needs of Moray community as a gold standard in peer led action.
