Potential in Me help young people and the adults in their lives to create bright futures together. We work with young people directly, families and organisations who employ young people, through programmes of engaging and interactive workshops and coaching. We help families to understand themselves and each other better, enhance communication and connection, and build resourcefulness and resilience. We help young people in jobs to transition into working life and thrive, and support their managers to understand their young people better and build effective multi-generational teams. The work we do with organisations helps to self fund our family programmes.
