Transport Planning and Engineering (TP&E) is a social enterprise engineering consultancy. The consultancy is a subsidiary of the national cycle promotion organisation Cycling Scotland, set up to ensure best practice in cycle engineering design and shared use paths is used as widely as possible throughout Scotland. The profits we make go directly back into Cycling Scotland to help support its range of projects to get more people cycling rather than to benefit shareholders. TP&E has been providing engineering solutions to Scottish local authorities and community groups including Sustrans since 2006.
