We’re keen to develop and reform both public sector and private sector procurement, to create favourable conditions for social enterprises and the people and communities we serve.
These two documents are a result of our recent consultation and research work around procurement – intended to inform Scottish Government policy-makers, the Scottish Parliament Economy and Fair Work Committee and other interested decision-makers at both a national and local level.
Our recent joint procurement survey with SCVO, that asked social enterprises and third sector organisations about their views and experiences of procurement, has informed our work, as well as a recent webinar on procurement and conversations with social enterprises.
