Response to the Monica Lennon’s Ecocide Prevention Bill

Monica Lennon MSP gathered views to help inform how she will take forward her Private Member’s Bill to prevent ecocide. A proposal for a Bill to protect the environment in Scotland and deter environmental damage by introducing the crime of ecocide into Scots law. Please see our response to the consultation below.
