What’s your social and/or environmental mission?
We are on a mission to shine a light on social enterprises around the UK and share their incredible stories of social impact . By introducing people to socially-conscious alternatives and making social enterprise products more accessible, we aim to increase the consumption of social enterprise products and services.

How do you do it? (client group, practical daily work, customers etc)
We curate socially-conscious gift hampers where every product inside tells a unique story of social change, ranging from reforestation to supporting disadvantaged communities. Through one gift, you can introduce someone to ten social ventures, supporting ten social causes.

What’s your personal motivation for being a social entrepreneur?
We have always felt committed to helping others and have been excited by the idea of business. Being a social entrepreneur allows us to use our business skills to make a positive impact every single day. We want to inspire others to choose social enterprise.

What are your current projects?
We have recently launched our new branding based on data we collected over seven months. This includes new designs, two new range of products, and a new bespoke gifting option for corporate customers.

What exciting things do you have coming up?
We are taking part in the Big Issue Invest and will be pitching for it in March. In about a year’s time, we plan to bring on board someone with barriers to employment to help us pack our hampers. We are also building new and exciting partnerships with social enterprises.

Who do you want to work with more?
As we are growing our B2B offerings, we are really keen to bring on board more corporate customers. Many corporates are seeking to support social enterprises. Since corporates purchase gifts throughout the year, These corporates can offer us a great opportunity to grow as a small social enterprise.

What’s your biggest challenge?
Our biggest challenge is sales throughout the year and gaining corporate customers. We are very keen to work with larger companies.

What top tips would you give to other social enterprises?
We would recommend other social entrepreneurs choose a social mission they are passionate about. Many social issues have been solved somewhere in the world and can be successful if duplicated elsewhere.
