Earlier this year the Scottish Government announced additional funding for third sector organisations, community groups and social enterprises that focus on social cohesion. This meeting will be discussing the vital importance that social enterprises play in social cohesion and what the Scottish Government does to engage with the sector on that.

We’ll discuss what challenges and barriers there are to social enterprises who do this and what we’d like to see from the next government in 2026.

This will also be an opportunity to review the work of the CPG over the previous parliamentary session and discuss options for the way forward.
