Edinburgh Community Sauna
We are creating Edinburgh's first non-profit community sauna - an outdoor, clean-energy and community-oriented sauna with plunge pools. Our space will be phone and smart glasses free.
We want sauna to be part of everyday life with a real community around it. A place to switch off, unwind, and see familiar faces. We hope to run dedicated sessions for particular groups who might otherwise feel shut out. For example, women going through menopause, people living with cancer, those who might feel uncomfortable in a swimming costume or anyone who's just not sure sauna is for them.
