Harriet Dodd returns this year, working alongside our membership team for an interactive and engaging session – to get you thinking, connecting and sharing ideas.

Through guided prompts, we’ll consider ourselves, our businesses and the challenges that are taking up space in our heads. Using the wisdom in the room, we’ll swap insights, spark new connections, and explore how we can strengthen the social enterprise community together.

Harriet Todd, Co-Founder & Managing Director (she/her)

Harriet Dodd is cofounder of TopHat Discovery CIC. She is an experienced executive and team coach, facilitator, former INGO leader and international HR director. Now Edinburgh-based, she has lived in Sudan, Ethiopia, Nigeria and the Middle East, run her own business, failed often and learnt along the way.
