In this session, The Centre for Responsible Debate will offer an introduction to their distinctive approach to generating such a charter and managing discussion of contentious issues.
The aim is to equip participants with practical tools to handle disagreement in ways that maintain trust, strengthen collaboration, and support shared understanding, rather than letting differences become polarised or unproductive.
