Lived Experience Panels can make a big difference to how we plan and deliver public and community services. And that, in turn, can truly transform people’s experience of accessing these services.

Done well, they improve trust and outcomes at local and national levels. Done badly…the reverse.

This thematic workshop will provide a safe space to explore top tips from experienced Lived Experience Panel participants and hosts, helping you avoid common mistakes and get off to a good start, or rebuild a flagging group.

Key themes covered will include
• decision-making, power and intention;
• setting the agenda;
• payment & support;
• transparency & accountability;
• budgets; and last but not least
• ensuring diversity.

Speakers confirmed to date will be from LEx Scotland, Families in Trauma & Recovery, GCVS and others.

This session is brought to you by TSEF, Social Enterprise Scotland and the TSI Network.
