How to Make a Complaint 

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our work, please email hello@socialenterprise.scot or call 0131 243 2650. You can also write to us at Thorn House, 5 Rose Street, Edinburgh, EH2 2PR.

Our Process 

  1. Acknowledgement – We will confirm receipt of your complaint within 5 working days
  1. Investigation – A relevant team member will review your complaint and may contact you for further information. 
  1. Response – We aim to provide a full response within 20 working days. If more time is required, we will keep you informed. 

Further Steps 

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to our Board or seek independent mediation where appropriate.
