Rooted in evidence and lived experience, Mara Adhbhar CIC brings together leadership, insight, storytelling, systems thinking, and reflective mentoring and coaching - informed by blue and ocean‑based wellbeing principles.

We explore how Scotland’s seas, rivers, lochs, and waterways shape how we live, work, and lead, and how blue spaces can support population health, prevention, leadership, and community wellbeing within a fairer and more sustainable Scotland.

We share independent, accessible insight on national developments, research, and practices that influence wellbeing, while supporting individuals and leaders to reflect, reconnect, and work more sustainably through blue‑space‑informed approaches.
