Smart Gym exists because parenting is tough, but we like to remind ourselves that without the struggles, that you-time just wouldn't feel that you.

Formed by parents and led by our community, Smart Gym is all about breaking barriers that stand in the way of good mental health. Because our children are at their best when we are at ours.

The voice of fellow mums and dads influences everything we do, from running a free crèche service to inspiring older children to workout with their parents - paving the way for a healthier future.
