Somewhere EDI Community Interest Company exists to create space and opportunity for queer authentic lives. We are a research-led culture and enterprise-focused social enterprise publishing the new LGBTQ+ quarterly magazine Somewhere for Us, as well as designing and delivering innovative projects in partnership with universities and like-minded third sector organisations across Scotland. We have created two new community grant funds supporting queer arts and business across Scotland - the Somewhere: Arts & Culture Fund and the Somewhere: Enterprise & Research Fund. We have recently launched a Rainbow Enterprise Network for LGBTQ+ businesses across Scotland, and we are also the mentoring partner and co-founder of the Somewhere MBA LGBT Scholarship at the University of Edinburgh Business School (the first of its kind in Scotland), and the Partner Supervisor for a new LGBTQ+ entrepreneurship doctoral research programme at the university's School of Geosciences.
