Glasgow Piano Project CIC
We repair, restore, tune and decorate piano donations from our workspaces in Shawlands Shopping Centre and also now at Skypark 4 in Finnieston. We have a range of acoustic pianos for sale ( Uprights and Grands ) or hire and are open by appointment. We recycle pianos beyond repair, reusing materials to create bespoke artworks and furniture. We also run Lids Open Days / Nights and other free events in public venues around the city.
As a not-for-profit social enterprise we sell used pianos with the permission of all piano donors, though neither a shop nor a dealer, we are more something in between, offering a kind of 'Piano Transplant Service', connecting people with pianos, offering no-interest payment plans, increasing access to and appreciation of acoustic pianos for people in Glasgow and beyond.
