We repair, restore, tune and decorate piano donations from our workspace in Shawlands. We have a range of acoustic pianos for sale or hire and we are open . . . by appointment. We recycle pianos beyond repair, reusing materials to create new artworks and furniture. We also run Lids Open Days / Nights and other events in public venues around the city.
As a not-for-profit social enterprise we sell used pianos with the permission of all piano donors, though neither a shop nor a dealer, we are more something in between. In reality, we offer a kind of 'Piano Transplant Service', connecting people with pianos, offering no-interest payment plans, increasing access & appreciation of acoustic pianos for families & individuals in Glasgow & beyond.
