Barr Community SCIO was established at the end of 2019 to offer membership to the community and include them in future plans to protect the Barr Community Hall as the heart of the rural community, and establish a viable and sustainable facility for all ages and abilities in Barr Village. By taking ownership of the village hall, we hope to create a hub which will benefit the whole community, as well as showcase the beauty of Barr and the Stinchar Valley to visitors.
